PIAA has recently released a Lifetime Guarentee Policy on Dog Tracebility & Re-Homing which relates to PIAA member retail stores only.

Whenever possible visit the breeder of your new puppy or kitten.

This tiny step can go a long way to putting an end to the vile puppy mill trade and backyard breeders, and help to ensure that dogs and cats are bred in a happy and healthy environment.
